Volunteer Opportunity

About > Volunteer Opportunity

Our parents and grandparents are a vital part of John Paul II. It is the time and talents that they share with our students and teachers that make the educational experience enriching and successful. We offer numerous opportunities to get involved with the school, take part in your child’s education, and just have fun. Listed below are just a few of the opportunities. We encourage you to get involved!

All volunteers working with children must follow the procedures outlined by the Archdiocese. Archdiocesan Policy requires all volunteers (including, but not limited to, room parents, chaperones, etc.) to complete the SafeParish – Child Awareness Session and register for a background check through Selection.com (found under the Toolbar in the SafeParish account). Through Selection.com, a background check will be conducted every six months.
